TERMS & CONDITIONS OF VEHICLE WRAP OR OTHER GRAPHIC INSTALLATION SERVICES
Guided by passion, honesty, and quality, Big Sticker is committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship while setting clear expectations for every project. A vehicle wrap is an extremely hands on process involving many challenging steps that each require full attention and expert craftsmanship. While your vehicle is being worked on by Big Sticker, LLC it is our top priority to return it to you in a timely manner with a wrap free of flaws that will outlast its warrantied life span. To assure this high level of quality, it is important that we both understand the terms in the following contract. Thank you for choosing Big Sticker!
Terms and Conditions are specified toward the installation and warranty of vehicle graphics and wraps but also apply to other miscellaneous installations including but not limited to: Window, wall and floor graphics/wraps, vending machines, trailers, & auto parts.
Approval of this estimate is acknowledgement by the client that the PRICE, QUANTITY and TERMS for the goods and/or services listed is accepted.
THIS ESTIMATE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL CUSTOMER HAS GIVEN APPROVAL BELOW.

1. Payments & Deposits
Design fees are invoiced separately and must be paid in full before design work begins. Design fees are non-refundable.
All orders require a 50% deposit of the entire invoice to begin printing, ordering materials, and scheduling. If you receive a multi-vehicle discount, vehicle install must be completed consecutively. The remaining 50% of the balance will be due upon completion of installation.
Before each vehicle is released, the remaining balances of each individual vehicle will be paid in order for Big Sticker to release keys. Failure to follow payment policy allows Big Sticker to hold vehicle(s) until payment is received in full. If the job is done at the client's facility, proof of final payment availability must be provided before installation begins and must be presented to the installers when graphic installation is finished.
Deposit will not be refunded if; graphics have already been printed, materials/parts have been ordered, or there is no response from the customer for two months.
By paying a deposit or any portion of the project balance, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and authorizes Big Sticker to retain fees for any work or materials expended in the event of cancellation or refund request.
2. DESIGN
DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING.
Unless otherwise noted, the customer will receive a digital or printed proof for approval before production. The customer is responsible for the approval of all elements of your design including; logo, spelling & grammatical errors, phone numbers, website, placement, vehicle make and model, etc.
The design process typically takes 3–5 business days but can vary based on the scope of the project.
2a. Color Approval
Please Note: Screen colors vary from print. A printed proof is available upon request.
Additional revisions or color matching beyond the original quote will be billed at $75/hour.
Custom color matching may incur a $150 charge, but perfect matches are not guaranteed.
2b. Ownership of Artwork
All artwork, designs, graphics, and/or creative materials produced, developed, or provided by Big Sticker remain the sole property of Big Sticker, LLC. If design files were not included in the selected design package, files may be purchased for $3,000 at a later date.
2c. Restrictions on Use
No Artwork may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, displayed, or otherwise used in any form without the prior written authorization of Big Sticker.
2d. Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Big Sticker Artwork may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
3. Warranty & Materials
We warranty installation on our product and pass on the existing warranty provided by the manufacturer of the product we install on your vehicle. Should that company decline a warranty claim on your product, Big Sticker, LLC is not responsible for any further warranty on your product.
Avoid high pressure, power washing, and be careful to never use an ice scraper on window graphics. Avoid harsh chemicals of any kind as they can deteriorate the laminate on the vinyl. Sweeping or brushing off the windows with a soft broom and using the rear window defroster will not damage your window graphics.
Please wait at least one week before washing your vehicle once the wrap or graphics are applied.
If your vehicle has paint damage, rust, chipping clear coat, or any other damage to the paint/body, Big Sticker, LLC is not responsible to warranty failed vinyl.
No warranty is provided for wraps and graphics applied to windows, rusted or repainted vehicles, ABS plastic, rubber, chrome, oxidized surfaces or surfaces installed by third parties.
4. Vehicle wraps
4a. Make your vehicle(s) "WRAP-READY"
All vinyl manufactures recommend wrap film to be installed directly to factory paint. Big Sticker is not responsible for the condition of your paint/finish due to oxidation, chipping, or paint job.
Vehicles must be delivered washed the day before the scheduled install. Dirt, grease, road tar or any other material must be removed with a degreaser (Simple Green or Dawn Dish Soap - NO WAX) one day prior to installation. Failure to meet these conditions will result in a cleaning/rescheduling fee of $500 and installation will be rescheduled.
4b. Vehicle Emblems
Removing manufacture branded badges, emblems and side molding that obstruct design elements and/or customer branding is standard procedure. Big Sticker is not responsible for putting them back on or the condition they are in when we remove them. If a customer does not want their emblems removed or would like the emblems installed on top of the wrap they must request in writing. Additional charges may incur.
4c. On-Site Installation
The customer must provide an indoor, well-lit, climate-controlled space for installation. Cleaning requirements specified above must be met, as well as the vehicles must be stored inside the install space (between 60-80 degrees) the night prior to install. Failure to meet these conditions will result in rescheduling and extended travel fees.
5. Vehicle Wrap Expectations & limitations
5a. Seams, Overlaps & Inlays
Wrap material typically comes in 48”–60” wide rolls. Since most vehicles exceed these dimensions and include complex curves, seams, overlaps, and inlays are necessary to achieve proper installation, durability, and longevity. This is a normal and expected part of the wrap process.
Printed Wraps (Commercial):
Wraps are produced in vertical panels (typically 52”–60” wide). Seams will be present where panels meet (approximately 1”). On complex designs with multiple alignment points, exact alignment cannot be guaranteed due to the vehicle’s contours and material limitations.
Color Change Wraps (Restyling):
Inlays and seam placement may be used strategically to achieve the highest quality finish and full coverage, especially on complex curves and recessed areas.
5b. Surface Compatibility & Warranty Limitations
Vinyl graphics may not properly adhere to certain surfaces including plastic trims, moldings, handles, mirrors, chrome finishes, rubber, or textured materials. Big Sticker, LLC does not provide any warranty for vinyl installed on these surfaces.
If vinyl is installed on any non-standard or previously untested surface, the client acknowledges that life expectancy is an educated estimate and no warranty is expressed or implied.
Printed Wraps (Commercial):
Big Sticker, LLC only guarantees final prints that are designed and set up by Big Sticker, LLC. Client-supplied artwork, files, or previously printed materials are not covered under any print or color accuracy guarantee.
In the event we agree to install over existing vinyl graphics, Big Sticker, LLC is not liable for any damage that may occur during installation or removal and cannot be held responsible for the quality of the installation.
5c. A VINYL WRAP IS NOT PAINT!
Vinyl is a manufactured material with physical limitations and will not perform or appear the same as paint.
There may be extreme curves, deep channels, and recessed areas where vinyl cannot fully conform. In these areas, installation techniques such as inlays, seams, or relief cuts may be required to ensure durability and longevity.
Printed Wraps (Commercial):
Due to paneling and design constraints, minor inconsistencies in alignment or transitions may occur. These are not considered defects but are inherent to the wrap process.
Color Change Wraps (Restyling):
While greater emphasis is placed on visual consistency and detail, certain areas may still reveal the original paint color due to material limitations.
5d. Coverage Limitations
It is not reasonable to expect a vinyl wrap to fully replicate the look, depth, or uniformity of paint.
Due to material limitations:
- Vinyl can only stretch a finite amount before distortion or color variation occurs
- Relief cuts or patches may be necessary in certain areas
- Some areas may remain partially visible or unwrapped
These areas may include (but are not limited to):
- Around door handles
- Inside door jambs
- Behind lights and side markers
- Edges of panels and tight gaps
- Mirrors and bumpers
- Under trim or hardware
- Behind gas caps
- ABS plastic, rubber, chrome, or oxidized surfaces
If extreme curves are wrapped (such as mirrors or bumpers), edges may reveal small amounts of the original paint color over time. This is due to material limitations, not installation quality.
6. window, wall & floor installation
The customer must ensure the area of installation is free and clear of all clutter and a Big Sticker associate can easily access the work area. Failure to do so may result in the project being delayed and/or rescheduled with additional charges to be included on the final invoice. See Section 6 regarding RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS.
7. Removals
All removals are quoted separately. Wrap removal can be very time-consuming. We charge by the hour for the labor involved. Big Sticker, LLC will not be responsible for any paint, clear coat, or existing stripping damage when we do a removal.
We cannot be responsible for damage to paintwork when the vinyl has been removed, and would not advise application on a re-sprayed surface, or poor quality/rusted paintwork.
Please note, our experience shows that removal of vinyl designed for vehicle wraps, from good quality, factory original paintwork, will not damage the paintwork. However, it is the duty and responsibility of the owner of the vehicle to ensure suitability of the existing surface before it is wrapped.
8. Rescheduling & cancellations
For all customers:
A fee of $500 will be added to your invoice if you cancel or reschedule 2 or less days in advance.
A fee of $400 will be added for your cancellation/rescheduling of 3 days in advance.
A fee of $300 will be added for your cancellation/rescheduling of 4 days in advance.
A fee of $200 will be added for your cancellation/rescheduling of 5 days in advance.
A fee of $100 will be added for your cancellation/rescheduling of 6 days in advance.
If you choose to cancel your install/order and graphics have been printed and/or any materials have been ordered you will be charged 50% of your invoice.
9. Vehicle Drop-off & pickup
9a. Drop-off
The customer agrees to drop off the vehicle, or item(s), to be wrapped, at the agreed upon date and time (typically the day before the scheduled installation date). The client is aware that dropping the vehicle late could result in a modification of the timeline in which the project is completed.
The customer is to bring the vehicle to Big Sticker clean and free of major debris and road grime. The client also understands that the inside of the vehicle should be cleared of belongings and all clutter (including the trunk and other storage areas). Big Sticker is NOT responsible for any items left in the vehicle. Failure to bring a clean and clear vehicle could result in additional charges up to a $500 cleaning fee.
We understand that things outside of our control, such as weather, could make it impossible to bring a perfectly clean and dry vehicle to the shop. In which case Big Sticker and the client should be in communication with each other to agree on alternate drop off times if necessary.
9b. Check-in
A Big Sticker associate will perform a thorough check-in of every vehicle upon drop off. The completed form will be sent to the customer and a copy kept with Big Sticker.
9c. Pick-up
Before each vehicle is released, the remaining balances of each individual vehicle will be paid in order for Big Sticker to release keys. Failure to follow payment policy allows Big Sticker to hold vehicle(s) until payment is received in full. If the job is done at the client's facility, proof of final payment availability must be provided before installation begins and must be presented to the installers when graphic installation is finished.
The customer will be provided with a care sheet via email or may download it HERE.
10. photo release authorization
I agree that Big Sticker, LLC may use such photographs of me and my property with or without my name and for any lawful purposes, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and web content. If a customer does not want photographs of their project used in the above stated fashion they must request so in writing prior to the completion of the project.
11. Agreement & Liabilty
These Terms & Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between both parties and will supersede all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this agreement. This agreement may not be varied other than in writing, executed by the duly authorized representatives of both parties. Conditions not specifically stated herein shall be governed by established trade customs. Terms inconsistent with those stated herein, which may appear on the client's formal order, will not be binding. By paying a deposit or any portion of the project balance, the client acknowledges that they have read, understands, and hereby agrees and accepts these prices, fees, charges, use of images, specifications, and conditions stated herein and authorizes Big Sticker, LLC to perform all work as specified.
Big Sticker reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who does not adhere to these procedures.
